DJ Yves aka Yves Vandichel is a well renowned and much respected Belgian DJ and producer. He held residencies at famous clubs including Club X, Kozmoz and Cherrymoon. He gained a huge following with his production of Hardcore and Jumpstyle. This 1996 release was the follow-up to his Bonzai Jumps debut – The Main Man – the previous year and was quickly marked as a genre defining cut. Bugging offered the raver the chance to become immersed in an arena sized sound filled with pounding beats and syncopated hoover sequences alongside quirky high pitched vocals. The track also increased in tempo to the delight of many hardened ravers. The original release came backed up with a superb Jerry Ly Mix and the fantastic I Fart.
